Steps

   Open your iPhone's Settings. This is the gray gear icon located on your Home Screen.

   Scroll down and tap Messages . This will be in the fifth set of options in the Settings menu.

   Tap Send & Receive . This is the fifth option in the Messages menu.

   Tap the Info button next to the email address you want to remove. This is the blue "i" icon in a circle on the right side of your screen.
