Installing New Gutters

Then, raise the gutter, so it reaches the chalk line. As you do this, fasten the gutter hangers to the fascia with screws. Directly below the downspout outlet, you should set two 2-inch concrete pavers on the ground. Use mounting straps to fasten the downspout to the house.
